Terms of Sale

This website is operated by CVR Pro-Audio Nigeria, the Nigerian store for CVR professional audio equipment, located at CVR Place, 198 Babs Animashaun Road, by Bode Thomas Junction, Surulere, Lagos.

By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or any other Nigerian law.

All prices are in Nigerian naira (₦). Product photos and specifications come from the manufacturer and are shown as accurately as possible, but finishes and accessories can vary slightly.

Prices can change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. If we discover a clear pricing error after you order, we will contact you before processing it, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

To order online, you need an account. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive your order reference.

We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, if we cannot verify the payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

For large systems or installations, you can request a quote instead. A quote is not a binding order until you accept it and pay.

Online payments are processed securely by Paystack by card, bank transfer or USSD. We never see or store your card details.

Your total at checkout is made up of the products and delivery (if any), each shown as a separate line before you pay. There are no hidden charges.

You can collect your order from CVR Place or have it delivered. Fees and timescales are explained on our Delivery Information page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered or collected.

Your rights to return items, get a refund, or make a warranty claim are set out in our Returns & Warranty policy.

Professional audio equipment must be installed and operated according to the manufacturer's guidance. Flown or suspended speakers must be rigged by competent people using rated hardware. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, overpowering, or misuse.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or business interruption, as far as the law allows.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos State. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.
