1.Delivery options
You choose how to receive your order at checkout:
- Pick up at CVR Place: free. We'll call you when your order is ready. Collect from 198 Babs Animashaun Road, by Bode Thomas Junction, Surulere, Lagos.
- Delivery to your address: anywhere in Nigeria, with the fee based on your state.
2.Delivery fees and times

Times are counted in working days from when your payment is confirmed. The exact fee is always shown at checkout before you pay.
3.Large systems and installations
Line arrays, multiple subwoofers and full installations may need special transport. For large orders we may contact you to arrange the best delivery option. You can also request a quote that includes delivery and installation.
4.Receiving your order
- We call you before delivery, so please keep your phone number up to date.
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the equipment.
- Check the packaging and equipment on arrival, and report any damage within 48 hours.
- Heavy items are delivered to the ground floor or kerbside unless agreed otherwise.
5.Missed or failed deliveries
If we can't reach you or nobody is available, we'll arrange another time. Repeated failed deliveries may carry an extra charge, which we will always agree with you first.
